Job summary

Edwards Company is seeking a Sales Operations Manager to oversee Tesla/SpaceX orders from forecast to revenue recognition. This remote US role requires cross‑functional collaboration with Key Account Management, Operations, Finance and IT to ensure policy‑compliant, timely order processing.

Responsibilities include SAP order reviews, bookings reconciliation, tool shipments, forecasting alignment and KPI reporting with Power BI.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree and 5–7 years in a similar department; vacuum/semiconductor sales/marketing.

Responsibilities

Maintain customer bookings, review SAP orders, bookings reconciliation, tool shipment coordination, shipment revenue recognition and backlog tracking.
Manage key strategic programs.
Align with account manager on forecast, enter and maintain accurate CRM data.
Generate sales quotations.
Key Customer Score Card Management with Key Account Management.
Prioritize Customer Care activities for Tesla/SpaceX account.
Generate and maintain analysis reports using advanced Excel and BI tools.
Review sales orders in SAP for allocations, configuration issues and pricing.
Support month-end and quarter-end close with Finance.
Coordinate tool allocation based on priority.
Participate in meetings on order status/forecast/review.
Escalate customer shipment/delivery issues as needed.
Support peak activities like quarter/year end, Key Account Reviews and Business Reviews.
Build relationships with internal/external peers.
