Job summary

ZURU in Los Angeles is seeking a Senior Business Operations Analyst to drive analytics for the US Sales and Commercial teams. You will own weekly and monthly POS reporting, prepare forecasts, and support assortment, pricing and promotions in line reviews, JBPs and buyer meetings.

You will bridge internal sales and retailer partners, deliver insights to guide strategy, and document core processes to enable scalable improvement across markets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field.
• 3+ years in business operations, analytics or finance in consumer goods.
• Experience building item-level demand forecasts and presenting to executives.
• Advanced Excel, SQL, and data visualization in Tableau/Power BI; cloud data exposure.
• Experience building and maintaining P&L statements by product/brand.

Responsibilities

• Own weekly, monthly POS reporting and distribution; analyse sales, margins, trends.
• Produce item-level weekly/monthly/seasonal forecasts for planning.
• Build and maintain P&L; analyse revenue, costs and margins by product/brand.
• Monitor category dynamics; advise on assortment and pricing strategies.
• Recommend SKUs; manage in-stock levels and inventory transitions.
• Create dashboards in Excel, Tableau, Power BI for teams and retailers.
• Present insights to retailer teams and align ops with sales strategy.
• Document processes; map inefficiencies and implement scalable solutions.
