The Westin Dallas Fort Worth Airport is seeking a strategic leader to steer sales, marketing, and ecommerce across direct channels, PR, and community partnerships to drive revenue growth.

You will design and execute high-impact campaigns, partner with Revenue Management to optimize pricing and channel mix, and lead a team to surpass annual hotel revenue targets while strengthening key account relationships.

Qualifications

• Four-year college degree required; advanced coursework in business administration, marketing and communications a plus.
• Public relations and community marketing experience required.
• Previous sales experience in a comparable hotel size and scope preferred; operations experience also valued.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute multi-channel sales and marketing campaigns to drive revenue.
• Partner with Revenue Management to optimize pricing and channel mix and communication of strategies.
• Use data to build strategic plans covering all business segments and enhance customer value.
• Identify customer requirements and craft offers to increase hotel revenue.
• Monitor sales objectives and take corrective actions to meet annual targets.
• Maintain key account relationships to grow satisfaction and revenue.
