Job summary

Crescent Hotels & Resorts is seeking a results-driven leader to head the Engineering team at La Posada de Santa Fe, a Tribute Portfolio Resort & Spa. You will oversee daily operations, preventive maintenance, and life-safety systems to protect guests and assets in a historic hotel setting.

The role requires 5+ years in facilities or maintenance, EPA Universal and CPO certifications, and strong knowledge of HVAC, kitchen equipment, and AV/security systems.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in facilities or maintenance technician roles.
• EPA Universal Certification required.
• Certified Pool Operator (CPO) required.
• Prior hotel maintenance experience preferred.
• Strong knowledge of HVAC, kitchen equipment, laundry, AV and security systems.
• Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and blueprints.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
• Availability for evenings, weekends and on-call rotations.

Responsibilities

• Manage and supervise all Engineering staff and maintenance of the hotel.
• Oversee preventive maintenance and repairs of property equipment.
• Monitor life safety systems and utilities; ensure compliance with codes/regulations.
• Oversee general maintenance of FF&E, grounds and pool.
