Job summary
La Posada de Santa Fe, a Tribute Portfolio Resort & Spa, seeks an experienced Engineering leader to oversee all hotel maintenance and staff at Crescent Hotels & Resorts owned property in Santa Fe. You will manage preventive maintenance, life-safety systems, and ensure compliance with codes while delivering reliable operations and guest comfort.

Qualifications
- 5+ years experience in facilities or maintenance
- EPA Universal Certification - Required
- Certified Pool Operator (CPO) - Required
- Previous hotel maintenance experience - Preferred
- Strong working knowledge of HVAC systems, kitchen equipment, and AV/security systems
- Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and blueprints
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
- Availability to work evenings, weekends, and on-call rotations as needed
Responsibilities
- Lead and supervise all Engineering staff and the maintenance of the hotel.
- Oversee preventive maintenance and repairs, life-safety systems, and utilities.
- Ensure compliance with corporate/franchise standards and local codes.
