Job summary

ofi North America (Olam Food Ingredients) is seeking a Sales Manager for the Peanut Shelling business in the United States. You will lead contract negotiations with customers, develop strategic sales plans, and expand new opportunities while defending against competitive threats.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in the peanut industry, strong B2B sales experience, and the ability to work with internal teams to drive growth and profitability. Travel may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or master’s degree required.
• Minimum five years in peanut industry or relevant field.
• Strong knowledge of peanut supply chain preferred.
• Experience managing relationships with customers and internal stakeholders preferred.
• Willingness to travel and strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement strategic sales plans with the Sales Director.
• Manage existing customer relationships and leverage brokers as needed.
• Grow peanut product sales in US and export markets.
• Analyze market data to guide management decisions.
• Collaborate with finance to resolve customer issues.
