Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Ag Business, Business Administration, Economics or related field.
• 5+ years of food sales experience in new and existing business development with negotiations.
• At least 5 years of sales in the Nuts industry preferred.
• Understanding of food supply chains and strong relationship building with customers.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills and CRM experience.
• Willingness to travel up to 25% to support suppliers, customers, or events.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales volume growth in the B2B nuts market and meet targets.
• Conduct inventory ageing analysis and ensure timely liquidation.
• Collaborate with logistics and support staff for service, contracts, and cash flow.
• Deepen understanding of nuts markets and customer requirements.
• Execute the business plan with KPIs tracked monthly.
• Educate customers on products, grades, certifications, and supply chain advantages.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
