Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Hire new sales officers for the sales team and train all team members.
• Create KPIs to monitor performance.
• Collaborate with marketing and upper management to align sales pitches.
• Attain growth and hit sales KPIs every month.
• Develop relationships with customers and understand their needs.
• Develop and execute strategic business plans to grow the client base.
• Identify emerging markets and monitor competitors.
• Present reports on sales, expenses, and revenue including forecasts.
• Incorporate client feedback to improve sales performance.
• Create and manage budgets for sales officers’ travel and client presentations.
• Assist staff in generating leads and closing new agreements.
• Create and implement new sales initiatives to increase revenue.
