Job summary

Wellnow Health Llc is seeking a Sales Manager with excellent communication and leadership abilities to lead the sales team, develop sales programs, and set and meet KPIs.

You will hire new sales officers, train the team, create KPIs, collaborate with marketing and upper management, drive growth, build strong client relationships, and present forecasts to management. Travel is required as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 7+ years in sales.
• 2+ years in a sales leadership role.
• Willing to travel.

Responsibilities

• Hire new sales officers and train the team.
• Create KPIs to monitor performance.
• Collaborate with marketing and upper management on pitches.
• Attain growth and hit KPIs monthly.
• Develop customer relationships by understanding needs.
• Develop and execute strategic business plans to grow client base.
• Identify markets and monitor competitors.
• Present reports on sales, expenses, and revenue including forecasts.
• Incorporate client feedback to improve sales performance.
• Create and manage budgets for travel and related costs.
• Assist sales staff in generating leads and closing deals.
• Create and implement new sales initiatives to raise revenue.
