Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in any field.
• 7+ years of sales experience.
• 2+ years in a leadership role in sales.
• Experience developing pitches and end-to-end sales processes.
• Willing to travel and attend seminars.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Hire new sales officers and train all team members.
• Create KPIs to monitor performance of the sales team.
• Collaborate with marketing and upper management to align pitches.
• Attain growth and hit sales KPIs monthly.
• Develop client relationships by understanding needs and wants.
• Produce and execute strategic business plans to grow the client base.
• Identify emerging markets and monitor competitors.
• Present reports on sales, expenses and revenue including forecasts.
• Accept client feedback and improve sales performance accordingly.
• Manage budgets for sales officers’ travel and presentations.
• Assist in generating leads and closing new agreements on the ground.
• Create and implement new sales initiatives to increase revenue.
