Responsibilities

• Hire and train all sales team members.
• Create KPIs to monitor performance.
• Collaborate with marketing and upper management to align pitches.
• Attain growth and hit sales KPIs for the company every month.
• Develop and promote strong client relationships by understanding their needs.
• Produce and execute strategic business plans to expand the client base and presence.
• Identify emerging markets and monitor competitors.
• Present reports on sales, expenses, and revenue including forecasts to management.
• Take feedback from clients and improve sales performance and procedures.
• Prepare and manage budgets for sales officers related to travel and presentations.
• Assist sales staff in generating leads and closing new agreements.
• Create and implement new sales initiatives to increase revenue.
