Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Lead, develop, and coach the Sales team; recruit as needed.
• Define sales territories, quotas, and goals; monitor performance.
• Analyze sales statistics to determine potential and monitor customer preferences.
• Collaborate with Marketing to create and execute plans.
• Prepare proposals and quotes; manage customer relationships and value propositions.
• Forecast and report on key account metrics and results.
