Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Hire and train sales representatives.
• Oversee schedules, territories, and performance of sales reps.
• Conduct timely performance evaluations.
• Coach and train sales team.
• Allocate products and manage inventory.
• Provide leadership to the sales team to meet quotas.
• Understand and communicate financial concepts and total cost of ownership to dealers.
• Coach on consultative selling and develop territory plans.
• Independently manage time and stay self-motivated.
• Build strong customer relationships and close sales.
