Job summary
Service Experts Heating & Air Conditioning in Lexington, SC, seeks a General Manager to drive revenue, market growth, and profitability across HVAC, plumbing, and electrical services. Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or related field; MBA strongly preferred.
- 8+ years of progressive sales leadership experience in home services or consumer-focused field services.
- Proven success managing sales operations with accountability for revenue, margins, and P&L.
- Advanced financial acumen with forecasting, pricing, cost modeling, and budget management.
Responsibilities
- Lead development and execution of sales strategies driving top-line growth.
- Own sales performance: revenue forecasting, pipeline, pricing, margins, and COGS.
- Set and manage targets, KPIs, to drive accountability and productivity.
- Collaborate with field ops, finance, and marketing for customer experience and ROI.
