Job summary

Service Experts Heating & Air Conditioning is seeking a Residential Sales Consultant in Lexington, SC. This outside sales role blends consultative selling, customer education, and relationship management to close HVAC and water heater opportunities.

You will leverage company-provided leads and your own pipeline, collaborating with the technical team on site visits to tailor solutions for homes. A High school diploma is required; a Bachelor's degree or sales certifications are preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; bachelor's degree or related sales certifications preferred.
• 2+ years of proven sales experience, preferably direct-to-consumer (B2C).
• Strong business development abilities and excellent negotiation skills.
• Ability to educate customers and present technical concepts clearly.

Responsibilities

• Consultative selling of high-efficiency HVAC and water heater systems to new and existing customers.
• Build lasting relationships with customers to ensure satisfaction and retention.
• Drive growth through internal leads and your own prospect pipeline to close sales.
