Service Experts Heating & Air Conditioning seeks a General Manager II in Lexington, SC to lead sales operations across HVAC, plumbing, and electrical services. You will drive revenue, profitability, and market growth, overseeing forecasting, pricing, margins, and CRM adoption while upholding ethics and financial stewardship.

The role requires 7–10+ years of sales leadership, a strong financial acumen, and a proven ability to scale performance in a regulated service environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; MBA strongly preferred.
• 7–10+ years of progressive sales leadership experience in service industries.
• Proven success managing sales operations with revenue, margins, and P&L ownership.
• Advanced financial acumen with forecasting, pricing, budgeting, and cost modeling.

Responsibilities

• Lead development and execution of sales strategies for top-line growth and profitability.
• Own sales performance: revenue forecasting, pipeline health, pricing, margins, and cost of sales.
• Set targets and KPIs to drive accountability and productivity.
• Analyze P&L, margin trends, and data to influence pricing and financial discipline.
• Promote CRM adoption and data-driven decision-making across teams.
• Ensure compliance and handle escalations with HR/Legal/Compliance.
• Support talent acquisition, onboarding, and retention of top sales talent.
