Baker Hughes is seeking a Sales Senior Specialist for Completions & Wellbore Intervention. You will lead customer relationships, coordinate with engineering and management, and drive revenue for assigned accounts.

This role emphasizes problem solving, opportunity identification, and delivering integrated solutions to maximize well value. Ideal candidates have a strong background in oilfield sales, a track record in customer success, and the ability to manage quotes, bids, and contract pricing

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university (or HS diploma/GED with 4+ years in marketing or sales).
• Minimum 3 years of oilfield sales or CWI operations experience.

Aufgaben

• Be the primary point of contact to external customers to build relationships and ensure seamless service delivery.
• Collaborate across customers, engineering, and management teams to align site operations with technical requirements.
• Sell products, services, parts, solutions, or projects for assigned clients.
• Identify new sales opportunities with new customers or new product sets.
• Respond to customer quotes based on bids and tenders to provide information.
• Work within predefined contract price frameworks and forecast future revenue.
