Baker Hughes in Midland, Texas seeks an Account Manager/Sales Senior Specialist for Completions & Wellbore Intervention to lead customer relationships and deliver service and solutions.

You will collaborate with customers, engineering and management to align site operations with technical requirements, pursue new opportunities, prepare quotes, and forecast revenue within contract price frameworks.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree from an accredited college or university (or a High School Diploma/GED with a minimum of 4 years of experience in marketing or sales position)
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in oilfield sales or CWI operations

Responsabilités

• Primary point of contact to external customers to build relationships and ensure seamless service delivery
• Collaborate across customers, engineering, and management teams to ensure site operations and maintenance activities align to technical requirements
• Sell product(s), services, parts, solutions, or projects for assigned clients
• Identify new opportunities for sales via new customers or new product sets
• Respond to customer needs for quotes, based on bids and tenders to provide info
• Work within predefined contracts price frameworks, contribute to prices and conditions, and forecast future revenue
