Job summary

Raymond Storage Concepts, Inc. is seeking a Sales Engineer to join the Engineered Solutions team in the Greater Cincinnati area.

You will own the full sales cycle, develop solutions for warehouse operations, and partner with engineering and vendor teams to deliver value that improves space utilization, labor efficiency, and productivity. Ideal candidates bring 5+ years of B2B sales, strong executive communication, and a track record of navigating long sales cycles.

Qualifications

• Minimum of five (5) years of B2B sales experience.
• Strong understanding of warehouse/distribution operations, manufacturing workflows, throughput calculations, storage systems, robotics, and automation technologies.
• Proven ability to communicate technical concepts clearly to senior leadership.

Responsibilities

• Own the full sales cycle from prospecting to close.
• Identify target customers and develop strategies to win new business.
• Collaborate with engineering, project management, and vendors to develop system concepts and proposals.
• Meet with customers onsite to understand operations and identify opportunities in automation and productivity.
• Engage with senior leaders to communicate ROI and strategic value of solutions.
• Build and manage a strong pipeline across warehousing and distribution sectors.
