Job summary

Raymond Storage Concepts is seeking a Sales Engineer to drive engineered solutions in the Greater Cincinnati area. You will partner with customers, engineers, and vendors to design material handling systems that improve space utilization and productivity.

Reporting to the Division Sales Manager, you will own the full sales cycle, engage C-suite leaders, and develop a strong pipeline across warehousing, distribution, and manufacturing. Residency in Greater Cincinnati is required.

Qualifications

• Five years or more of B2B sales experience.
• Strong understanding of warehouse operations and automation tech.
• Ability to present complex solutions to senior leadership.
• Experience managing long sales cycles and enterprise procurements.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; travel up to 25%.

Responsibilities

• Own full sales cycle from prospecting to close.
• Develop territory strategies and build relationships with executives.
• Collaborate with engineering, project management, and vendors.
