Job summary
DTN is seeking an experienced Sales Engineer for Energy & Refined Fuels to guide complex enterprise software engagements, partnering with executives to understand challenges and shape strategic solutions. You will align cross-functional teams to deliver measurable customer value, going beyond demos to drive business outcomes.
You will work with Sales, Product, Engineering, Professional Services, Customer Success, and Marketing to map solutions, validate technical approaches, and support POC
Qualifications
- 5+ years of Sales Engineering, Solution Consulting, Solution Architecture, or Technical Consulting experience supporting enterprise software sales.
- Experience leading executive discovery and business process discussions.
- Experience supporting complex, multi-stakeholder enterprise sales cycles.
- Strong consultative communication and presentation skills.
Responsibilities
- Lead executive and operational discovery sessions with enterprise customers.
- Design solution strategies that align customer objectives with DTN capabilities.
- Deliver compelling business-focused demonstrations and executive-level presentations.
- Collaborate across Sales, Product, Engineering, and Professional Services.
- Support pricing conversations with technical and business justification.
