Job summary

Cengage Group is looking for a Sales Enablement Manager to translate product and go-to-market strategy into seller-ready knowledge and skills. You will partner with Product, Product Marketing, Marketing, Sales Leadership, and Learning & Development to build seller readiness across Cengage products and solutions.

You will design enablement programs, deliver trainings and certifications, and reinforce learning to help sellers articulate value and demonstrate solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, Education, or related field.
• 5+ years in Sales Enablement, Product Enablement, Sales Training, Product Marketing, or related role.
• Translate complex product capabilities into seller-focused learning and enablement programs.
• Experience developing and delivering training programs to build knowledge and confidence.
• Strong facilitation and presentation skills; clear communication.
• Cross-functional collaboration with Product, Marketing, Sales, and L&D.
• Experience with sales enablement tech; Highspot preferred.

Responsibilities

• Translate product and go-to-market strategy into sales capability with POMs, Marketing, and Sales.
• Build enablement programs and resources that connect product capabilities to customer value.
• Develop coaching frameworks and practice opportunities for managers.
• Support seller development through workshops, role-plays, and call reviews.
• Reinforce enablement beyond training by embedding practice into the seller experience.
• Maintain and organize enablement content in Highspot and other systems.
• Measure readiness, certifications, engagement, and adoption to improve programs.
• Identify capability gaps and prioritize future enablement initiatives.
