Job summary

Horizon Blue Cross Blue Shield of New Jersey is seeking a Sales Enablement Manager to lead strategy, program development and cross-functional engagement across Consumer, Small Group, and Large Group segments in New Jersey.

You will shape customer marketing, broker engagement, KPI measurement, and content development with enterprise marketing and sales teams, ensuring alignment with the Go-to-Market plan and corporate objectives. This role requires strong leadership and budgeting skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business/marketing or related field required.
• Minimum 5 years of customer/broker marketing experience in financial services or retail.
• Minimum 5 years in B2B/B2C marketing and sales enablement.
• Health insurance industry experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute sales enablement and customer marketing strategies.
• Forecast and manage sales enablement spend and bi-annual forecasts.
• Lead end-of-month expense reporting and reporting to executives.
• Collaborate on creative briefs and approve executional plans.
• Set KPIs with sales leadership to measure tool effectiveness.
• Oversee Open Enrollment member education content and project management.
