Job summary

Ericsson is seeking a Sales Director for the Utilities vertical within the US Mission Critical Networks team. You will own sales strategy, revenue growth, and customer engagement across utility accounts, shaping account plans and driving multi-year opportunities through negotiation and closure across Ericsson's full portfolio.

You will build trusted relationships with utility leadership, IT/OT, procurement, and engineering, and lead the commercial sales cycle from qualification to close,

Qualifications

• Minimum 10+ years in enterprise sales or sales leadership.
• Experience selling to utility customers (investor-owned, municipal, or cooperatives).
• Understanding of hyperscaler ecosystems and cloud platforms.

Responsibilities

• Own Utilities sales strategy and revenue growth.
• Lead account plans and executive relationships.
• Build and qualify a multi-year pipeline with utility customers.
• Negotiate, contract, and close complex deals.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to deliver proposals.
