Job summary

RWC Group’s Idealease division seeks a Sales Director to drive net fleet growth across assigned Idealease markets in the US. The role leads IAMs, coaches senior-level client relationships, and ensures disciplined sales processes to expand FSL/FSEL fleets.

The ISD will build annual growth plans, own renewal strategies, and collaborate with ISMs and Rental Managers. A market presence and travel are essential—office bases are in the assigned market.

Qualifications

• Seven (7)+ years in commercial truck lease/rental or comparable transportation, fleet management, equipment leasing, or finance.
• Five (5)+ years in sales management or sales leadership.
• Ability to sell and build relationships at owner/executive levels with knowledge of full-service lease structures and contract negotiation.

Responsibilities

• Set market sales goals, activity expectations, and account strategy with local General Manager.
• Coach IAMs through joint calls, skill development, and performance input; participate in IAM selection.
• Lead annual market/IAM growth plans with targets and activity.
• Coach and lead through sales process from prospecting to close and post-sale follow-up.
