Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred in business, marketing, or related field.
• Knowledge of multifamily, HOA management, or property management is advantageous.
• Experience in outside sales and lead generation is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Initiating contact with prospects via cold calls and outreach.
• Following up with prospects to address needs across sales stages.
• Presenting and demonstrating the value proposition of products and services.
• Analyzing data to identify trends and inform sales strategies.
• Staying updated on company offerings and industry developments.
• Maintaining an organized database of contacts.
• Cultivating lasting relationships with external stakeholders and internal teams.
• Participating in negotiations and addressing customer concerns.
