Job summary

AmeriLife Group, LLC is seeking a results-driven marketing professional to conduct targeted outbound calls and grow relationships with financial professionals. You will record interactions in CrumpCRM, assist with training on Crump tools, and partner with sales teams to drive development opportunities.

The role emphasizes client-focused communication, CRM analytics, and content distribution across emails, webinars, and digital resources to support business growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent education, training and work-related experience.
• Experience with PCs in a Windows environment and basic MS Office tools.
• Strong interpersonal and written communication skills; customer service oriented.

Responsibilities

• Perform outbound marketing phone calls to generate business development opportunities.
• Log calls, contacts, conversations, and illustration requests in CrumpCRM.
• Support adoption of Crump's digital platform tools through training and Webex walkthroughs.
• Collaborate with internal and external sales partners to advance opportunities.
• Analyze financial professional needs to tailor sales approaches and campaigns.
• Distribute marketing content (emails, webinars, videos, flyers, podcasts).
