Job summary

AmeriLife is seeking a results-driven professional to drive sales and recruit agents, building a robust book of business. You will proactively call agents, promote recruitment, and develop relationships with producers while coordinating with sales resources to maximize revenue potential.

Ideal candidates have strong communication, customer service and multitasking abilities, plus familiarity with Windows and MS Office and a background in life insurance sales support.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent education, training and work-related experience.
• Excellent interpersonal and written communication skills.
• Ability to provide excellent customer service to both internal and external customers.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office software and Windows environment.
• Ability to analyze problems and develop solutions, and to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales and build strong relationships with producers to generate revenue and meet quotas.
• Proactively call agents and recruit new agents to build a book of business.
• Develop working relationships with producers, promoting recruitment and retention.
• Coordinate with sales resources in producer development and illustrations.
• Maintain proactive relationships with sales, operations, agents, and solution centers.
