AmeriLife in Florida is seeking a Business Development Specialist to drive agent and agency growth through recruitment, relationship development, and product education. You will promote technology adoption and expand opportunities across the company’s product portfolio.

Collaborate with Sales, Marketing and Product teams to translate priorities into clear communications for agents and agencies. The role requires strong presentation and relationship-building skills and insurance industry

Qualifications

• Strong presentation, facilitation, written, and verbal communication skills.
• Demonstrated ability to learn, navigate, and effectively utilize CRM and other technology platforms.
• Strong problem-solving, organizational, and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and facilitate training, webinars, and educational programs to increase agent/agency recruitment and engagement.
• Drive adoption and utilization of CRM, Sunfire, and other agent-facing technologies to boost productivity and product penetration.
• Provide technology education and consultative guidance to improve agent proficiency and demonstrate business value of platforms.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to translate product updates and market opportunities into clear communications for agents and agencies.
