Job summary

Moore's Electrical & Mechanical is seeking a Sales and Account Manager to drive growth and cultivate long-term client relationships across commercial HVAC/R, plumbing, and electrical services in the greater Richmond area.

The role requires strong communication, a proven B2B sales track record, and the ability to coordinate with engineering and estimating teams to develop compelling proposals. Competitive compensation with benefits is offered.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of outside/B2B sales experience.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated and goal-oriented.
• Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
• Valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute sales strategies to generate new business and meet/exceed targets for HVAC/R, plumbing, and electrical service contracts.
• Identify prospective clients through cold calling, networking events, associations, and referrals.
• Conduct needs assessments and present customized service solutions.
• Collaborate with internal teams to develop comprehensive proposals.
• Negotiate contracts and pricing for favorable terms and margins.
• Oversee and evaluate all client activities for the account.
• Maintain a customer visitation program to ensure satisfaction and loyalty.
• Provide exceptional customer service and address inquiries promptly.
