Job summary

Plumbers Supply Co is seeking a Commercial HVAC Outside Sales Account Manager to drive growth in our HVAC division. You will cultivate contractor and engineer relationships, design tailored HVAC solutions, and manage the full sales cycle—from initial contact to final installation.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; a Bachelor's degree is a plus.
• 2–3 years of proven sales experience, ideally within the HVAC industry.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Outlook and Excel).
• Ability to translate customer needs into HVAC solutions.

Responsibilities

• Cultivate relationships with contractors, engineers, and design-build firms.
• Sell across the full HVAC portfolio including RTUs, VRF, IAQ, and more.
• Prepare bids and proposals with manufacturers and internal teams.
• Represent the company at industry trade shows and events.
• Collaborate with Inside Sales and Operations for a seamless customer experience.
