Job summary

BSI in the USA-East is seeking a Sales Account Manager to drive growth of ISO standards and certification services. You will hunt new clients, manage existing accounts, and aim to exceed annual targets through consultative selling and strong relationship building.

The role requires at least four years in sales, excellent communication, and ability to travel quarterly. Proficiency with SAP/Salesforce is a plus. Base salary ranges from USD 79,000 to USD 93,000 plus commission.

Qualifications

At least four years of sales experience.
Familiarity with certification industry and ISO standards is a plus.
Strong ability to negotiate and build relationships with clients and internal teams.
Experience with CRM tools SAP and Salesforce is an advantage.
Valid driver's license; travel to client sites quarterly.

Responsibilities

Drive sales growth as a hunter, nurturing existing clients and securing new business through prospecting and cold calls.
Engage with key decision-makers to present and position ISO standards and related services.
Identify and qualify new business leads to build a sustainable sales pipeline.
Foster strong client relationships to ensure ongoing growth and repeat engagements.
Stay ahead of industry trends to capture new revenue opportunities.
Provide timely sales reports to support forecasting and strategy development.
Travel to visit clients on a quarterly basis.
