RB Global is seeking a SAG Services Coordinator to support Strategic Account Sales by coordinating logistics, storage programs, and make-ready services for high-value customers. Qualifications

• 1-3 Years of transportation or business operations experience.
• Daily prioritization for effective service processing.
• Inventory management and logistical routing techniques.
• Measuring productivity and quality of various service offerings.
• Executing service agreements that generate revenue potential.

Responsibilities

• Arrange transportation, storage, inventory, and repair services to meet the requirements of strategic account customers.
• Coordinate with sales, inspection services, yard staff, and 3rd party vendors to promote effective sale processing.
• Perform thorough inventory tracking to drive timely service and revenue potential.
• Develop service efficiency standards and execute alternative tasks as needed.
• Identify, communicate, and promptly resolve service related issues.
• Actively review service programs to improve processing efficiencies & drive effective service standards.
• Analyze service agreements and vendor programs to minimize costs, drive revenue and improve service levels.
• Communicate innovative techniques that create growth opportunities for the services department and service programs.
• Flexible and willing to perform other tasks as assigned.
