Job summary

Southwest Accessory Group (SWAG) seeks a Logistics Coordinator to enhance our transportation network, focusing on LTL, Parcel, and 3PL partnerships. You will manage performance, costs, and processes across carriers, with a hands-on approach to issue resolution and cross-functional collaboration.

The role requires strong analytical skills, on-site work in our Texas facilities, and the ability to own complex escalations from start to finish, delivering measurable improvements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred; equivalent experience considered.
• 2–5 years in transportation, logistics, or distribution preferred.
• Experience with LTL, Parcel, and 3PL partners preferred.
• Experience supporting RFPs, bid analysis, and negotiations desirable.
• Knowledge of freight rates, surcharges, dimensions, and service levels.

Responsibilities

• Act as day-to-day point of contact for designated LTL, Parcel, and 3PL partners.
• Monitor provider performance against service expectations and pricing.
• Develop and report transportation KPIs and scorecards.
• Lead onboarding, implementation, and transition of new carriers.
• Escalate and resolve transportation issues with internal and external stakeholders.
• Support RFPs, bid analysis, and contract negotiations.
