Job summary

RB Global is seeking a SAG Services Coordinator to support Strategic Account Sales by coordinating logistics, storage programs, and make-ready services for high-value customers. • Actively review service programs to improve processing efficiencies & drive effective service standards.
• Analyze service agreements and vendor programs to minimize costs, drive revenue and improve service levels.
• Communicate innovative techniques that create growth opportunities for the services department and service programs.
• Flexible and willing to perform other tasks as assigned.

Job Description

The SAG Services Coordinator responsibilities include the ability to professionally service multiple logistics and field service requirements to support Strategic Account Sales. Tasks include effective coordination for logistics & storage programs, make-ready (repair) services, and additional unique service offerings for Strategic Accounts. Daily functions require diligence, high accountability, and active communication with SAG Services Manager, SAG Sales Coordinators, Inspection Services, 3rd party service vendors, RB Yard Managers, and alternate internal departments to effectively manage the sale for various Strategic Accounts.
