Job summary

Paycom, headquartered in Irving, TX, seeks a Corporate Safety Training Manager to design and manage a company-wide safety training curriculum. You will ensure OSHA and other regulatory alignment, maintain training records, and drive audit-ready documentation across all sites.

You will lead train-the-trainer initiatives, develop materials, and oversee scheduling of instructor-led and vendor trainings while reporting on compliance metrics to senior leadership.

Qualifications

• OSHA 30-General Industry certification required; OSHA 500/501/502 (Authorized Trainer) preferred.
• Experience administering a Learning Management System (LMS) or similar platform.
• ATD certification or instructional-design credential is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Designs, develops, and maintains a company-wide safety training curriculum for new-hire, role-specific, and refresher training.
• Manages LMS/training tracking platform ensuring enrollment, completion, and certification records across sites.
• Tracks and reports training compliance, identifies gaps, and works with site leadership to meet deadlines.
