Job summary

Qualifications

• Four-year degree in a related field or 2–5 years' experience.
• Valid driver's license required.
• Strong understanding of safety in agriculture and regulatory compliance.
• Professional communication and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to plan, prioritize, organize and manage resources.

Responsibilities

• Implement OSHA, EPA and DOT regulations and communicate requirements.
• Foster a safe and healthy culture across the cooperative.
• Coordinate safety trainings on laws, hazards, and equipment.
• Perform safety audits, inspections and corrective actions.
• Investigate incidents and manage return-to-work processes.
• Provide guidance and mentoring on safety initiatives and committees.
• Coordinate safety programs with Talent Team Manager and Location Manager.
• Organize compliance programs related to employment and education laws.
• Direct safety-related activities and address employee concerns.
• Maintain safety inventory and related supplies.
