Page Transportation & Page E.T.C. is seeking a Corporate Safety Coordinator to coordinate training, incident reporting, and DOT/FMCSA compliance. You will maintain records, track corrective actions, and monitor driver safety performance across terminals and operations.

The role partners with Safety, Compliance, Risk, Operations, and HR to ensure accurate, confidential safety processes and timely reporting. Travel to terminals may be required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; 2+ years in transportation safety or related field.
• Familiarity with DOT/FMCSA requirements and confidential record-keeping.
• Proficiency with MS Office and safety/document-management systems.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate safety training, incidents, and communications.
• Maintain accident/incident records and dashboards for safety metrics.
• Monitor driver performance and compliance with policies.
• Support audits, inspections, and corrective action tracking.
• Assist with injury reporting, claims, and workers’ compensation support.
• Prepare safety reports and attend safety meetings.
