Page Trucking is seeking a Corporate Safety Coordinator to provide administrative and program support for transportation safety and regulatory compliance activities at the Weedsport, NY office.

The role involves coordinating safety training, maintaining records, monitoring driver performance, and preparing safety reports. You will work closely with Safety, Compliance, Risk, Operations, and HR teams to ensure timely, accurate, and confidential safety activities.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Two or more years of experience in transportation safety, trucking operations, regulatory compliance, claims administration, or a related field preferred.
• General knowledge of DOT and FMCSA requirements.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Teams.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate safety training and communications.
• Maintain accident and incident records.
• Monitor driver safety performance.
• Track roadside inspections and corrective actions.
• Support injury reporting and prevention efforts.
• Maintain safety policies and records.
