Nelnet is seeking a Senior Product Manager to identify market problems, develop strategic roadmaps, and drive product performance across a SaaS portfolio. You will partner with executives, product owners, and development teams to deliver value and growth.

The role combines market discovery with business planning in a hybrid work environment, with collaboration across marketing, sales, and engineering to achieve revenue and customer outcomes.

Competenze

• 5+ years of product or product management experience.
• SaaS product development experience.
• Ability to work with executive stakeholders.

• Develops market opportunities and defines market problems.
• Collaborates with marketing and sales on competitive advantages and growth strategies.
• Documents competitor profiles and plans for winning against competition (1–3 year horizon).
• Maintains product roadmaps using Jira and links features to strategy and yearly goals.
• Conducts win/loss analyses and shares results internally.
• Manages product launch processes and cross-functional communication for effectiveness.
• Monitors KPIs to measure market performance and impact on revenue and NPS.
• Manages ROI models and identifies revenue/market expansion opportunities.
• Researches market pricing and recommends pricing strategies.
• Develops business plans.
