Job summary

Glean is seeking a Partner Sales Manager to build and manage strategic partnerships to expand customer reach in the West Region. This role aligns with multiple sales segments and drives partner strategy to generate revenue, in a hands-on, results-focused capacity.

You will collaborate across Sales, SE, Marketing, Operations, and Legal to streamline deal registration, contracts, and joint GTM motions, recruit and activate SI/VAR partners, and push for partner-driven pipeline and bookings.

Qualifications

• Proven track record in B2B SaaS partner programs.
• Experience recruiting and activating SI/VAR partners.
• Strong ability to drive partner-driven pipeline.
• Excellent communication and exec-level presentation skills.

Responsibilities
