AstraZeneca PLC, through its health-tech subsidiary Evinova, seeks a Senior Program Director to own end‑to‑end customer implementations. You will lead delivery, risk, and customer relationships across potentially multiple workstreams, ensuring on‑time, quality outcomes in a regulated environment.

You will coordinate engineers, testers, and program managers, driving delivery in diverse deployment models while shaping the delivery playbook for scaling implementations globally.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s Degree
• Minimum 7+ years of experience in SaaS delivery
• Demonstrable track record delivering SaaS on enterprise platforms in regulated industries
• Experienced running multiple concurrent implementations
• Knows how to hold delivery quality with evolving product and timelines

Responsabilidades

• Managing customer implementation programs end to end across active portfolio
• Owning the delivery plan, achievements, dependencies, and RAID log at the program level
• Coordinating Solution Engineers, testers, Product Engineering, and Project Managers
• Acting as the primary customer contact for delivery status, risk, and critical issues
• Adapting delivery approach across deployment models
• Closing out hypercare cleanly with lessons learned
• Owning post‑go‑live relationship management
• Contributing to the delivery playbook
• Maintaining senior customer relationships during product adoption
