Job summary

AstraZeneca's Evinova unit is seeking a Program Director to own customer account implementation end-to-end, from kick-off to go-live and ongoing relationship. You will be the accountable delivery lead across one or more workstreams, coordinating Solution Engineers, testers, Product Engineering, and Project Managers as needed.

This hands-on role keeps you close to build and rollout, with responsibility for plan, risks, and customer trust, including post-go-live reviews and ongoing relationship

Qualifications

• Delivery leadership of enterprise SaaS implementations in regulated industries.
• Experience delivering products while evolving and managing adoption risk.
• Structured delivery with documented plans, RAID logs, and risk decisions.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end customer implementation programs across one or multiple workstreams.
• Own delivery plan, milestones, dependencies, and RAID logs at program level.
• Coordinate Solution Engineers, testers, Product Engineering, and Project Managers to keep programs on track.
• Serve as the primary customer contact for delivery status, risk, and critical issues.
• Identify product development timeline risks and communicate transparently to customers and internal teams.
• Adapt delivery approaches across deployment models (forward deployed, guided, self-serve).
• Close hypercare with lessons learned and handover documentation.
• Maintain ongoing customer relationship post go-live with QBRs and relationship management.
