Job summary

Perfetti Van Melle USA is seeking an experienced S&OP/IBP lead to drive monthly integrated business planning for AMR, covering demand and supply alignment across USA, Canada, Mexico, and LATAM. You will deploy the Global S&OP Playbook, establish governance, and provide insights to executives and cross-functional teams.

The role requires collaboration with Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Operations to optimize forecasting, reconcile plans, and support decision-making while managing change across

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, Operations, Engineering, or related field.
• MBA is a plus but not required.
• 3–5 years in standard S&OP/IBP, demand or supply planning in CPG or related industry.
• Experience facilitating cross-functional planning cycles without direct authority.
• Experience with Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Operations in a matrixed environment.
• Proficiency with planning systems (SAP IBP, o9, Kinaxis, Anaplan) and advanced Excel.
• Certification in IBP (Oliver Wight) and APICS/ASCM CPIM/CSCP preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead S&OP cycles: monthly integrated business planning with demand and supply reviews.
• Lead S&OE process: manage demand control, supply execution, and meetings.
• Drive cross-functional governance, deck preparation, and reporting.
• Ensure aligned ‘one-number’ forecast with production and distribution.
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Operations on NPDs and promos.
• Generate monthly constrained forecast and drive consensus.
