Job summary

24 Seven Talent seeks a Demand Planning Lead to drive the North America demand planning process for a luxury fragrance and beauty portfolio. You will forecast based on market intelligence, coordinate with local and global stakeholders, and ensure product availability in a dynamic growth environment.

You will apply planning expertise to enhance processes, lead the S&OP workstream, and deliver actionable insights to Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Logistics teams.

Qualifications

• Advanced Excel skills for data cleaning, analysis, and reporting.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Working knowledge of supply chain, inventory, demand planning, or supply planning concepts.
• Experience with enterprise planning systems (SAP IBP, SAP BW) preferred.
• Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration abilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead and improve demand planning processes across North America.
• Own demand planning workstream within S&OP, aligning with portfolio goals and commercial priorities.
• Assess seasonality and market trends to develop data-driven forecast recommendations.
• Manage inventory performance analysis and future projections to support sell-through targets.
• Improve forecast accuracy and demand plan execution to meet financial goals.
• Collaborate with Supply Planning to adjust plans in response to risks and opportunities.
• Provide visibility into short- and long-term sales forecasts for planning stakeholders.
