Job summary

Hyson seeks an experienced Master Planner to unite Sales, Operations, and Supply Chain. You will own the S&OP process, manage demand signals, maintain the MPS and MRP, and monitor capacity to deliver a credible, single plan for the business.

You will drive forecast accuracy, schedule adherence, and inventory performance while coordinating cross-functional teams and ensuring data integrity in ERP systems.

Qualifications

• Requires 5+ years of progressive supply chain or planning experience in manufacturing.
• Experience designing or facilitating an S&OP or cross-functional planning process.
• Strong ERP proficiency with planning modules (MPS, MRP, capacity planning, item master).
• Ability to develop and maintain a demand forecast with commercial teams.
• Proven track record of improving forecast accuracy, schedule adherence, or inventory performance.

Responsibilities

• Own S&OP cycle design, execution, and governance across demand and supply reviews.
• Develop a demand pipeline view with Sales and Customer Service.
• Publish and maintain the Master Production Schedule and run MRP processes.
• Monitor schedule performance and address risks to meet customer commitments.
• Lead capacity planning and optimize production sequencing and changes.
