Job summary

Hyson seeks a Master Planner to unify sales, operations, and supply chain. This role owns the full planning hierarchy from demand signal through MPS, MRP, and capacity, ensuring a single credible plan. You will design and lead Hyson’s S&OP, improve forecast accuracy, and support customer service and inventory performance.

The position reports to the General Manager and offers high visibility across functions with direct influence on operational efficiency and business outcomes.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of progressive supply chain or planning experience in manufacturing with ownership of MPS and MRP.
• Proven experience designing/facilitating S&OP or equivalent cross-functional planning.
• Strong ERP proficiency — planning module experience including MPS, MRP, capacity planning.

Responsibilities

• Own S&OP process design, execution, and governance across sales, operations and procurement.
• Develop and maintain demand forecast in collaboration with commercial teams.
• Publish and manage Master Production Schedule and execute MRP signals.
• Monitor schedule performance, identify risks, and drive corrective actions.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to align plans with capacity and inventory targets.
