Job summary

LG Electronics North America is seeking an S&OP Analyst to drive the monthly planning cycle, forecast demand, and align supply with business goals. You will monitor inventories, coordinate with OEMs, and deliver KPI dashboards to leadership.

The role requires 3 years in supply chain, strong data analysis, and ERP/MRP/WMS proficiency. On-site work in a multi-site environment with frequent cross-functional collaboration is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, or a related field is required.
• 3 years of experience in Supply Chain Management is required.
• Excellent communication and process documentation skills.
• Strong ability to analyze complex data and translate findings into recommendations.
• Proficiency with ERP, MRP, and WMS systems and MS Office tools.

Responsibilities

• Drive the monthly S&OP cycle: develop demand forecast, integrate supply planning, and facilitate a consensus plan aligned with business goals.
• Analyze supply/demand gaps and recommend inventory, capacity changes, and trade-offs to close imbalances.
• Monitor inventory health across warehouses and prepare workplans for readiness and on-time delivery.
• Maintain optimal inventory by controlling demand forecast and purchasing plans.
• Prepare and present S&OP KPI dashboards and financial impact assessments for management.
• Coordinate with OEMs and Commercial Team to resolve escalations and ensure timely material supply.
• Support daily order processing, track material labels, and report results with cross-functional teams.
• Contribute to S&OP process improvements and document workflows to reduce manual effort.
