Job summary

LG Electronics seeks an S&OP Analyst to lead the monthly cycle, forecast demand, and align supply planning with business goals. You will present KPI dashboards and financial impact assessments to management while coordinating with OEM teams to ensure timely material supply.

Ideal candidates have a Bachelor's in Business or SCM and 3 years of experience, with strong ERP/MRP/WMS knowledge and excellent documentation and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business or SCM or related field.
• 3 years of experience in Supply Chain Management.
• Strong communication and process documentation skills.
• Ability to solve complex supplier/customer issues.
• Working knowledge of ERP, MRP, and WMS systems.

Responsibilities

• Drive the monthly S&OP cycle: develop demand forecast, integrate supply planning, and facilitate a consensus plan aligned with business goals.
• Analyze the supply/demand gap and recommend action plans to close imbalances.
• Monitor inventory health across warehouses and ensure readiness for on-time delivery.
• Maintain optimal inventory level by controlling demand forecast and purchasing plan.
• Prepare and present S&OP KPI dashboards and financial impact assessments for management.
• Provide material contingency plans in response to disruptions and timing constraints.
• Coordinate with OEM and Commercial teams to resolve escalations and ensure on-time material supply.
• Support daily order processing and cross-functional activities to maximize revenue and efficiency.
