LG Electronics is seeking an S&OP Analyst to drive the monthly S&OP cycle, forecast demand, and align supply planning with business goals. You will analyze gaps, optimize inventory, and present KPI dashboards to leadership, while coordinating with OEMs and the commercial team to ensure on-time material availability.

The role emphasizes cross-functional collaboration, data-driven decision making, and continual process improvement in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
3 years of experience in Supply Chain Management.
Organized and detail-focused with strong written/verbal communications.
Ability to solve complex customer and supplier issues.
Knowledge of Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams).
Working knowledge of ERP, MRP, and WMS and ability to translate data into recommendations.

Responsibilities

Drive the monthly S&OP cycle: develop the demand forecast, integrate supply planning, and facilitate a consensus plan aligned with business goals.
Analyze the supply/demand gap and recommend action plans to close imbalances.
Monitor inventory health across warehouses and provide workplans to ensure on-time delivery.
Maintain optimal inventory levels by controlling demand forecast and purchasing plan.
Prepare and present S&OP reports including KPI dashboards to management.
Provide material contingency plans in response to supply disruptions or timing constraints.
Coordinate with Commercial Team to resolve OEM escalations and ensure timely material supply.
